The purpose of this page is to provide the opportunity to report an official complaint regarding an incident with the Community Support Program (CSP).  It is essential to safeguard the CSP’s reputation and integrity by actively promoting professionalism and being intolerant of misconduct throughout its membership.  If you were on scene as a witness or involved in any occurrence in which the CSP officers did not respond accordingly you can report those alleged acts of misconduct by completing the form below in its entirety.  Once you have reported your complaint, members of the Street Activity Steering Committee and the CSP’s Supervisor will investigate and follow up as required.
